"TapMaster" I
With our patented systems, the EDM TapMaster I uses our custom power supply for easy portability while furnishing the power needed to do the job quickly. The cutting head is mounted on a magnet V-block base. A ratcheted 14" post allows precise up-and-down movement of the cutting head without getting out of alignment over the hole. Cutting depth is controlled by a hand-held micrometer.
The EDM TapMaster I includes:
- The TapMaster I Power Supply
- Pre-packaged selection of cutting heads
- Master cylinder
- Slave cylinder
- Mounting system with magnetic base
- Oil reservoir with manual hand pump
- Starter selection of common electrodes for each cutting head.
